Main objective of BIOENERGY IN MOTION is to increase the uptake of new and innovative biomass heating and cooling technologies and systems in the EU, by strengthening the market confidence of specific target groups (end-users, investors, government authorities) in the EU in general and in three target countries (Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Estonia) in particular.

To help overcome the barriers to their wider uptake an information and promotion movie is being made showcasing successful bioenergy technologies and flagship projects completed in recent years. The movie will show merits and possibilities of different bioenergy technologies. The focus will be on small and medium-scale systems for biomass heating and cooling, including co-generation and trigeneration systems.

The movie illustrates end-users the practical potential and possibilities, investors and financiers investment opportunities, and government authorities the policy context of these bioenergy systems. Three versions of the movie are available; each tailored to the local conditions of a target country.

The movie will be distributed on DVD among end-users, investors and government authorities. A number of showings at (inter)national events will be organised. It will be offered for online viewing from this website. DVD copies of the movie can be ordered using the order form.
